If you need a rope, here it is! Life is full of interesting and questionable experiences. Hang On.
This is about creating and sharing and all things in between.
Humor and laughing are a priority.
So, whether you’re walking down the aisle or running a mile
At least for a little while resist being hostile
As long as you’re not on trial, smile with style! 😀

Activating a fuller YOU…Starts Here
Feed your mind, warm your heart to reach your soul.
As far back as Hippocrates and Aristotle, neurologists, philosophers, scientists, zealots, and countless laypersons have endeavored to define the relationship of the mind, heart and soul. After much mystification and research, here’s my contribution on the subject.
The Mind is the intake mechanism of thoughts, experiences, judgments, ego, logic and reasoning. It is self-propagating, controlling, powerful.
The monotony and solitude of a quiet life stimulates the creative mind. -Albert Einstein
The Heart internalizes the details of the mind to create emotion, intuition, subjective ideas, love, and hate, to emanate external feelings. It gives, comforts, hurts, joys.
Tears come from the heart and not from the brain. -Leonardo da Vinci
The Soul is then the interlacing, as an elegant ballet, of the mind and heart. A person’s essence, all our knowing, believing and summation of who we are at our core is comprised in our soul storage. It is gracious, approving, revelatory, creative, invigorating, motivating, encompassing, eternally omnipotent.
You use a glass mirror to see your face; you use works of art to see your soul. -George Bernard Shaw
One of the benefits of meditation, running, music, writing, or any solitudinal activity is that the mind and heart fade to the background so the soul can emerge forefront to impart wisdoms and revelations if we are present to hear them.
